Please read this information carefully before proceeding to the online submission form.
IMPORTANT DATES
Submission deadline : February 25, 2010
- Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted!
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts sent by post or email will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
- The abstract must be structured into the following sections:
- Background / Aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- The abstract must include presenting author’s contact details;
- Email address
- Full postal address
- Daytime and evening phone number
- Author and co-author’s details
- Full first and family name(s)
- Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
Please note that abstract title is limited to 20 words and abstract text is limited to 300 words.
Abstracts should be prepared plain text only (no graphics, images, pictures or tables).
